What is excluded from the warranty? Marstek Power’s warranty does not cover damage caused by:

• Battery cells that were not fully charged within 30 days after purchase and then charged at least once every six months.

How to make a warranty claim? If your Marstek Power product is defective due to a manufacturing or material fault within the warranty period, we will replace it without any hassle.
