Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to cancel the agreement within 14 days without providing any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier) takes physical possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the agreement through a clear statement (for example, in writing, by post, fax, or email). You can use the model withdrawal form for this purpose, but you are not obliged to do so.

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send your notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you cancel the agreement, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs arising from your choice of a method of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and in any case within 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw from the agreement.

If you return only part of your order, the delivery costs will not be refunded. We will refund you using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, no charges will be applied to you for such a refund.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first. You must return the goods without delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day you communicated your decision to withdraw from the agreement.

You are considered to have returned the goods on time if you send them back before the 14-day period has expired. The direct cost of returning the goods will be at your expense.

You are only liable for the decrease in value of the goods resulting from the use of the goods, beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Returning Products

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product should be returned with all delivered accessories and – if reasonably possible – in the original condition and packaging. If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than necessary to sell the product, we may charge you for this decrease in value. Please handle the product carefully and ensure that it is well packaged for return.

If the product and/or packaging is damaged, we may charge a decrease in value of at least 25%. We also consider shipping labels on original packaging as packaging damage, so please always use a shipping box.
