You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without providing any reason. After cancellation, you have an additional 14 days to return the product to us.
Upon receipt of the returned product in good condition, you will receive a full refund of the purchase amount, including the original shipping costs. However, the cost of returning the product is at your own expense.
For standard parcel shipments, return costs are approximately €7.25 per parcel. For pallet shipments, return costs are approximately €90.00 per pallet.
For pallet shipments, you do not need to arrange the transport yourself. We will organize the return collection on your behalf. The return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned with all supplied accessories and, where reasonably possible, in its original condition and packaging.
If the product or its packaging has been damaged beyond what is necessary to inspect the product, we reserve the right to charge you for any resulting loss in value. Therefore, we kindly ask you to handle the product with care and ensure it is properly packaged for return.

Once we have received and inspected the returned product, we will refund the applicable amount within 14 days. Any return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.
