What happens after my order?
Once your payment is received, your order will be processed immediately. Our specialists will carefully check your order. If there are any questions regarding your order, we will always contact you.
After everything is verified and clear, we will prepare your package for shipment. Once your order is ready for transport, you will receive an email with the exact delivery date.*
Please note that due to high demand with transport companies, we are currently unable to provide specific delivery times on the day of delivery.
Your order will be delivered via an external transport service. Picking up orders is not possible at the moment.
What is the expected delivery time for my order?
What if I cannot receive my order? Please inform us at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date if you cannot receive your order. If the package cannot be delivered and the driver has to return it, we will charge you for the transport costs.
Delivery
Orders that are in stock and placed on weekdays before 18:00 will usually be delivered the next business day. Delivery takes place from Monday to Friday. Due to high demand, delivery times may be longer. We apologize for the inconvenience! For most of our products, the above delivery time applies. Products shipped from a central warehouse usually have a delivery time of 2 to 3 working days.
Shipping Costs For deliveries, we charge the lowest possible cost, which varies depending on the country.
