It is always possible that something doesn’t go exactly as planned. We recommend that you first inform us of any complaints by emailing info@marstek-power.eu. If this does not lead to a solution, you can submit your dispute for mediation through WebwinkelKeur via this link.

Additionally, for consumers in the EU, it is possible to register complaints through the European Commission's ODR platform. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint is not being handled elsewhere, you are free to submit it through the European Union’s platform.
